The buildings of interest which are scattered throughout the village are, Saint Nicholas Church, Wesleyan Chapel, Primitive Methodist Chapel, Church Institute and Vicarage, Primary School, Ferriby Hall and the two public houses, the Nelthorpe Arms and the Hope and Anchor.

Other buildings which have been demolished including the Tower Mill, Post Mill and Brickyards.
