Epworth is a small market town in North Lincolnshire located 6 miles South of Crowle & 9 miles South West of Scunthorpe. It is considered as the main commercial town in the South of the Isle of Axholme with a population of approximately 3,500.

Epworth was the birthplace of the founder of Methodism, John Wesley & Charles Wesley, son
of Samuel who was the rector of Epworth from 1696 to 1735.

Epworth is a thriving market town which attracts thousands of tourists each year. The town is  based around the Market Place, Fountain Court and High Street areas. There are a vaiety of shops, public houses and businesses as well as numerous famous landmarks in the town. » Powered by YaBB 2.1!
